Once your booking is confirmed. You’ll be sent a link for payment and a contact list to complete in order for us to send out craft kits.

- After signing up, please allow up to two weeks for the craft kit to arrive at your doorstep. We recommend registering with us at least two weeks' notice to ensure timely delivery.

- No, the craft kit we send you will include all the materials you need for the workshop. You won't require any additional supplies.
4. How are the craft kits shipped?
- Our craft kits are shipped via Royal Mail First Class or International Standard Tracked. We take care to ensure secure packaging to protect the materials during transit.
5. How much does the craft kit cost?
- The cost of the craft kit varies depending on the specific workshop and materials included. prices start at 15 pounds.
6. Can I add bespoke touches to the craft kit I want?
- Yes, as we put the kits together ourselves it is possible to add extras.
7. What if I don't receive my craft kit in time for the workshop?
- We strive to ensure timely delivery, but if you don't receive your craft kit in time, please contact our team immediately. We'll do our best to resolve the issue and find a suitable solution.

- Each workshop session typically lasts 2hours. This includes instruction, demonstration, and time for participants to complete their craft.
9. Do I need any prior experience in crafting?
- No prior crafting experience is necessary. Our workshops are designed to be beginner-friendly and suitable for participants of all skill levels.
10. Can I join the workshop if I'm not available for the scheduled session?
- We record the session so those that are unable to make it can watch the recording and take part at a separate time.
