Welcome to Crafting Joy! By booking a workshop, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshops, events, and services provided by Crafting Joy.
By booking or purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Workshop Bookings & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure your workshop booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.
Full payment is required for last-minute bookings (within 7 days of the event).
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal.
If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees.
Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
If Crafting Joy needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Workshop Attendance & Participation
Workshops are designed for all skill levels, and all materials will be provided unless otherwise stated.
Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to complete the activity.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified.
Participants are responsible for following safety instructions provided by our instructors.
5. Private & Corporate Events
Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.
If the actual number of participants is lower than confirmed, no refunds will be provided.
If additional guests attend on the day, they will be charged at the agreed per-person rate.
Travel and venue hire costs (if applicable) will be included in the final quote.
6. Branding & Customisation Options
We offer branding and customisation options for corporate and private events, including:
Branded materials – Customised tote bags, plant pots, candles, or other workshop items with your logo.
Personalised stencils & templates – Tailored designs that reflect your brand message.
Colour-matched materials – Using your brand’s colour palette to align with your identity.
Branded packaging – Custom bags, boxes, or wrapping to elevate the guest experience.
Branding Terms:
Custom branding must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event to allow for production.
Additional charges may apply for personalised materials, printing, and packaging.
Branding requests must be submitted in high-resolution formats (PDF, PNG, AI, or EPS).
7. Liability & Safety
Crafting Joy is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage that occur during workshops.
Some workshops involve materials such as paints, dyes, glues, and cutting tools. Participants must take care when using these.
Any personal belongings brought to the workshop are at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All workshop content, designs, and materials provided by Crafting Joy remain our intellectual property.
Workshop materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Photos and videos taken during workshops may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless a participant requests otherwise.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used for private events.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Crafting Joy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
